You can download it by navigating to the “My Certificates” or “Completed Courses” section on your dashboard.
Once you have completed all modules and passed the final assessment, your certificate will be generated automatically.
To ensure your hard work is recorded correctly, please keep the following in mind:
- Proper Exit: Always use the “Save & Exit” or “Finish” button within the module. Closing the browser tab abruptly can sometimes prevent the data from syncing.
- Browser: We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for the best experience.
- Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection while navigating through the lessons.

Access periods vary depending on your specific license or enrollment:
